We are a professional mortgage brokerage, formed of passionate industry professionals. We saw an opportunity to change the way the mortgage broking profession is perceived and so started our own business to offer you the very best of what’s available. 
Our fresh approach has you at our heart. We strive to deliver honest, jargon-free advice, with clarity and transparency. We will search the whole of market to find the right mortgage for each individual client and we make sure you understand the process from start to finish. Reeds Financial is based in the highly populated South East which means our client base has diverse needs. We can help you wherever you are in the UK, and have vast experience serving first-time buyers, many time movers, and Buy to Let landlords. We are also specialists in the self-employed, freelancer and contractor markets. 
You can present us with any type of property and we won’t be phased. We like to tackle large mortgage loans and have a specialist finance division that can handle commercial, bridging and development requirements.

Our fees 

At Reeds, our fees are regarded as success fees, not research fees. 

These are the fees that brokers charge for successfully finding a suitable lender, negotiating a price and getting the client a suitable, formal loan offer. A fee of up to £995 may payable for our service in relation to mortgage contracts. The precise amount will be discussed and confirmed with you in our accompanying fee agreement at our initial consultation.
